How are sheds and garden buildings delivered?
Larger items are usually delivered in 2 to 4 working days by a carrier who contacts you to book a day. Check every box when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours if anything is missing or damaged. See My delivery arrived damaged or with parts missing.
Do sheds and pergolas come with instructions?
Yes. Instructions for each size are linked from Sheds and garden storage and Pergolas, gazebos and canopies. If yours are missing, contact us and we'll send a copy.
Do I need a base for my shed?
Every shed needs a firm, level base. A foundation kit is available for the Deluxe Apex Steel Shed. For other sheds, a concrete or paving slab base is usual.
Do I need planning permission for a pergola?
Our pergolas are designed to stay under typical height limits for garden structures, but rules vary, so check with your local council.
What weather can the Grand Full Aluminium Pergola withstand?
It is designed for a wind load of 0.45 kN/m² and a snow load of 0.75 kN/m².
Do the Garden Master cordless tools share a battery?
Yes. All 20V tools use the same 20V 4Ah battery, which charges in about an hour. "Set" versions include the battery and charger; others are tool only.
Do you have sizes for garden furniture?
