What is covered
The guarantee covers all manufacturing faults. If your product fails because of a manufacturing fault, return it to us and we will repair or replace it.
What is not covered
- General wear and tear
- Neglect or misuse
- Physical damage
- Damage caused by fire, liquid immersion or spillage
How to make a claim
- Send us a request or call us. Tell us your order number (or the name and address the order was placed under), the product and what has gone wrong.
- Include photos of the fault if you can. It helps us resolve things faster.
- We will arrange to inspect the product, usually by collecting it, and then repair or replace it.
We keep the details of your order so we can honour guarantee claims, so you do not need to keep the original packaging for a guarantee claim.
