Changed your mind?
You can return unwanted goods within 90 days, unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Returning it yourself: send it back with your own courier or drop it off. We refund in full within 3 to 5 working days of receiving it.
- Collection by us: we can collect using our carrier for a fee, normally about 40% of the original price (minimum £25).
- We may refuse a refund if the item isn't in resalable condition or the packaging is damaged.
Please note: industrial mobile steps are made to order and cannot be returned.
Faulty or not as described?
We'll arrange collection and inspect the item. If it's faulty or not as described, we'll repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Damaged in transit
Please check your goods when they're delivered. If they're damaged, refuse the delivery and tell us immediately so we can send a replacement.
