Send us a request with:
- the product name and size (for example "Home Master DIY tower, 5m")
- roughly when and where you bought it
- a photo of the part you need, or of where it fits
We will tell you the price and send a payment link, or take payment over the phone. If the part has failed because of a manufacturing fault, it may be covered by our Lifetime Guarantee.
