Ordered the wrong size, or changed your mind? Contact us as soon as possible. The sooner we know, the easier it is to sort out.
If your order has not been dispatched
Send us a request or call 0333 006 9776 with your order number and what you would like to change. We can cancel it and refund you, or swap it for a different size or product.
If your order has already been dispatched
- You can refuse the delivery when it arrives. Let us know you have done this, and we will refund you once it comes back to us.
- Or accept it and return it using our returns policy. You have 90 days to return unwanted items in their original condition.
Swapping for a different size
Tell us which size you would like instead. We can send the new item and arrange the return of the original. If you need help choosing the right size, our team can advise before you reorder.
Industrial mobile steps are made to order and cannot be cancelled once production has started.
