Once we have received and checked a returned item, we refund it in full within 3 to 5 working days. If your order was cancelled before dispatch, we refund it as soon as the cancellation is processed.
When will I see the money?
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. After we have processed it, your bank or card provider can take a few more working days to show it on your statement.
