Free next-working-day delivery to UK mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands).
- Order cut-off: orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day for next-working-day delivery, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. For industrial scaffold towers the cut-off is 12pm.
- Delivery hours: between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
- Premium options: weekday-morning and Saturday-morning delivery are available for an extra charge at checkout.
- Other areas: the Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Scottish and English islands are charged extra and take 3 to 5 working days.
- Most orders arrive within 1 to 5 days. Tracking emails come from our carriers, so please check your inbox (and spam folder).
Receiving your order
- Someone needs to be at the address to sign. If you ask us to leave the goods without a signature, this is at your own risk.
- Please give a phone number for the delivery address so the driver can call if needed.
- If your item arrives damaged, please refuse it and let us know straight away. We'll send a replacement.
- Tell us about any missing items within 48 hours.
If your delivery is more than a day late, please contact us and we'll investigate.
