Standard deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. We cannot give an exact time, but you will get the carrier's tracking details.
Premium delivery
Premium delivery for weekday mornings (before 12.30pm) or Saturday mornings is available for an extra charge on many products. Choose it at checkout and the cost is added to your order total.
Cut-off times
- Most products: order before 3pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch and next-working-day delivery.
- Industrial scaffold towers: order before 12pm.
- Some larger items, such as sheds, garden buildings and furniture, are delivered within 2 to 4 working days, and the carrier will contact you to arrange a day.
- Made-to-order items, such as industrial mobile steps, take longer. See the product guide for details.
Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays are treated as placed on the next working day.
